icinga-idoutils software package provides host and network monitoring system - icinga-dataobjects support, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install icinga-idoutils
icinga-idoutils is installed in your system.
Make ensure the icinga-idoutils package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep icinga-idoutils *
You will get with icinga-idoutils package name, version, architecture and description in a table
